Manage all aspects of the store including making quality products for customers and ensuring each delivered product meets our standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order. Professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues. Solicit customer feedback with team and use feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members by utilizing all available tools including Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. Store managers are expected to direct, coordinate, and participate in daily preparation/ creation of all pizzas and catering menu items. Research and recommend menu options, changes and innovations to Company President. Participate in all aspects of cleaning the store/ equipment daily and manages daily financial operations of the store. Coordinate activities of team members engages in keeping business records, ordering or purchasing supplies and delivery of foodstuffs to wholesale or retail customers, as well as recruiting, hiring, and training team members. Orders all supplies and food required to serve customers and operate the store.
Supervise shifts and/ or work areas in the operation of Pizza Primo to ensure that outstanding customer service and high-quality products are delivered and provide management of operations including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times, oversee that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving instructions. Actively manage other team members by working hands on with in making food, servicing customers and overseeing the coordination of deliveries. Follow policies and procedures for cash handling and achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment. A shift leader must have knowledge of service and food, be detail oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Take orders and prepare all menu items that include cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other food products using the proper equipment and utensils. Complete opening and closing checklists, maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment. Must attend all scheduled employee meetings, promptly report equipment and food quality problems to the manager, accept payments, process credit card charges and make change accurately. Monitor and observe guests dining experience and ensure that all guests are satisfied with the food and service. Should respond promptly and courteously to any requests and perform other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty properly.
Deliver orders and collect payment from customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner representative of the high standards of Pizza Primo. Drivers will also be expected to efficiently preform back of house cleaning and prop work tasks. Must be 18 years of age and able to make deliveries of our products to residential and commercial properties. Accept payments, handle credit card charges and make change. Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately after receipt into POS system. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor. Be able to prioritize best routing for more than one delivery at a time. Clean and maintain equipment that is used with the job function which includes doing dishes in between orders and restocking/ replenishment of products and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.
